2. Use of Service

Valueans HRM is provided for business internal use. You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security protocols
• Use the software to track individuals without their knowledge and organizational consent
• Manipulate or forge activity logs or screenshots

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Valueans HRM Desktop Application and Portal for your company's workforce management needs.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, specifically within the jurisdiction of New Jersey.
